10 years of NgC GmbH – 10 years of communication

On 19.04.2012 – full ten years ago – Gilles Ngameni had his company and with it his vision registered in the commercial register. This was the first stone for the NgC GmbH. The vision was the same then as it is now: To realize one’s own potential with creativity and communication and to make a difference with it. Ten years later, we look back on this beginning. In the meantime, the company has grown significantly. Three locations, three brands and branding as an ICT service provider. The vision and corporate philosophy of NgC is also anchored in this.

Change, progress, innovation

Ten years of successful communication requires a strong and stable corporate philosophy.unity This already existed before NgC was founded and is strongly based on the experiences of CEO Gilles Ngameni. Through creativity, focused communication and a firmly rooted principle of putting people first, success can be achieved. Another core belief is the desire to give back and make a difference. Whether it’s colleagues, services or customers: At NgC, we see potential and build on it. Because only when one’s own potential is recognized can a transformation occur. And this leads to success. This is also how the logo is composed: The large circle defines the whole, the unity and the services. The small circle is the product, the service or the potential, which grows and becomes an individual construct. The development of our colleagues, services or customers, in which NgC participates quite actively.

To the next 10 years

The vision of NgC remains the same, as it was ten years ago. We continue to strive for innovation, development and progress. Standing still is not our nature – as the past shows. This is shown by the new services of Digital Solutions, the new building or the constantly developing project possibilities with the 1TNC. Our company philosophy is the driving force here, through which we all have the same vision in mind.
