We have successfully completed the “INQA Process Culture Change – Shaping Work Together”. Against the backdrop of digitalization and demographic change, the certificate represents that we are fit for the labor market of the future. We can now send a visible signal to the outside world about our sustainable change processes, promote our employee-oriented corporate culture (in addition to the “Future-Proof Company” award) and highlight NgC as a future-proof company with excellent working conditions.
Since we also followed the motto “stay safe – stay home” in the wake of the Corona pandemic, we went through the entire process fully digitally – as the first company in the history of the INQA process Culture Change.
Even though the togetherness was naturally missing, it was still clear that working from home would produce just as effective results. And especially at a time when a well-positioned digital structure is proving essential for us all, we are all proud that we are now certified for the job market of the future. Because especially after the pandemic years, mobile working has become an indispensable part of it.
