What a start to our first fair season.
After agonizing uncertainty whether the fair would be allowed to take place at all, which lasted until 2 days before the start, we were able to present ourselves at a regional job fair for the first time. On Saturday, 05.09.2020 at 10:00 sharp, the doors opened to the 5th Job Fair Braunschweig in the Volkswagen Hall.
Despite the long queues -reason max. number of 286 people in the hall- the response was very large. One could clearly see the fantastic quality of the applicants: “Only those who really want to achieve something stand in such long queues in front of the hall”.
Our impressions were numerous. Our booth was very popular – especially the Digital Touch Stele. This offered all interested parties the opportunity to browse through our website themselves and get an overview of open job vacancies. The trade show appearance was supported by our human resources department and our technical experts. They found the fair very positive and organized and were able to hold some interesting discussions.
This resulted in exciting contacts with applicants and other exhibiting companies. The quality of our consultations can be measured by the applications already received.
In summary, the participation in the job fair of the organizer Barlag is an important step in our company development.
The external appearance not only creates valuable experience for us, but also gives us a stage to present ourselves as a top employer regionally.
